Pastries

We do not live for bread alone, but use the biodynamic grains to bake organic pastries also. For example our “Altmeister Handsalzstangerl” a long roll sprinkled with salt in the very style of Grandpa Wenzel. Or our handmade raw milk rolls. About them it is being said that a baker has to make round about 1.000 pieces in order for them to look like rolls and 10.000 pieces in order for them to look like really nice ones.
