In the early 1980s, the Dyk Mill became the first in Austria to process ‘unsprayed’ grain, the forerunner of organic grain. Thanks to Lisa Dyk, prime quality has remained a top priority.

To this day, the Dyk Mill takes advantage of its traditional location by the River Thaya. Here the Dyk family operates a small, modern hydroelectric plant that supplies power to the mill.
